Greetings Neighbors,

I'm Andrew Jewkes, a dedicated member of our vibrant Las Vegas community. With a
background in business management, leadership and IT infrastructure, I bring a wealth of
experience to the table. Currently, I oversee a successful retail cannabis operation,
demonstrating my ability to manage resources effectively and drive results.

My connection to this community runs deep. For over a decade, I've called the Las Vegas valley home, and in 2021, I made the deliberate choice to invest in property here. This decision wasn't
just about finding a place to live—it was about committing to the prosperity and well-being of our neighborhood.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I proudly served in the US Marine Corps from 2011 to
2015. This experience instilled in me the discipline and leadership skills necessary to make
tough decisions and drive positive change.

Now, as my wife and I eagerly await the arrival of our first child, I'm more motivated than ever to
ensure that our community thrives. With a passion for problem-solving and a natural ability to
inspire others, I'm ready to lead our HOA towards a brighter future.

Mission:
It's no secret that our community is facing challenges. Neglect and mismanagement have led to
a decline in services and a sense of disillusionment among residents. But I believe that
together, we can turn things around.

My mission, alongside dedicated partners, is clear: to restore our community to its former glory
as a hidden gem in the heart of our beloved city. This means putting an end to frivolous
spending and prioritizing the needs of our residents above all else.

Communication is key to our success. By fostering an environment of transparency and
accountability, we will promptly identify and address outstanding issues within our community.
Through thorough evaluation of our finances and service contracts, we will ensure that every
dollar is spent wisely and efficiently.

As active members of the HOA board, we will be accessible and responsive to your concerns.
Your voice matters, and we are committed to listening and taking action until our community is
thriving once again.

Disclaimer: I want to take a moment to address a personal experience that underscores the
importance of effective communication within our community. Recently, despite promptly
updating my payment information and after a second missed payment, I found myself
unexpectedly sent to collections—a frustrating and avoidable situation.

This experience serves as a reminder of the critical need for clear, streamlined processes within our HOA. Rest assured, if elected to the board, I will work tirelessly to ensure that no resident ever faces a similar ordeal. By implementing proactive measures and improving communication channels, we can prevent misunderstandings and financial hardships for our neighbors.
