I am running for the HOA board because success starts by placing the right people in the right seats. First who-then what. I purchased my home in our beautiful community in July 2022. Since the purchase of my home, I have attended 90% of the HOA board meetings. I have witnessed the lack of productivity, decrease in morale, and damage caused by our board spending the majority of their time in crisis management.
As a prospective board member representing phase 3, I plan to focus my energy on operating effectively to improve our association’s financial situation and infrastructure. I am dedicated to working as a team and creating respectful dialogue that will result in healthy decisions. As a board, we are collectively responsible for achieving our goals and building up our community. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
