I am running for the HOA board because our community is facing an unprecedented crisis that demands real leadership and expertise. With our financials in disarray and under investigation by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division, neglected pools in state of disrepair, and current leadership having no visible plan or strategy to tackle our problems; Georgetown West is in dire need of major adjustments. I possess the financial management skills and no-nonsense attitude required to steer us towards resolution. This race is about saving our neighborhood from total collapse. I will relentlessly pursue comprehensive reforms until full financial transparency is achieved, budgets are meticulously overhauled, amenities are revitalized to world-class standards, and we reclaim the outstanding community experience that originally drew us here. This isn't an empty promise - it's an unwavering commitment. Under my determined leadership, our neighborhood's reputation and property values will be safeguarded, and our full potential as a premier community will finally be realized.
