Our HOA desperately needs new leadership focused on transparency, fiscal responsibility, and protecting our community's values. As a 20+ year Georgetown resident and fellow dog lover, I've witnessed the steady decline of our neighborhood's vitality - but I'm prepared to take decisive action to restore it. As someone who has previously served on community boards in Las Vegas, I understand the importance of effective governance and I am ready to take action and steer our community towards a brighter future.

My action plan is centered around three key pillars:

1. Financial Transparency: We deserve clarity and openness regarding our HOA's financials. I will help implement monthly financial reporting, ensuring that every homeowner has access to detailed budget information, expense breakdowns, and the allocation of funds. Transparency will be the foundation of our financial practices.

2. Budgeting and Fiscal Responsibility: Effective budgeting is crucial for maintaining our community's assets and ensuring judicious use of homeowner fees. I will work tirelessly to develop a comprehensive budgeting process, prioritizing essential maintenance, amenity improvements, and long-term planning for our community's growth.

3. Vendor Contract Review: Our HOA's vendor contracts should be regularly evaluated to ensure we're receiving the best possible services at fair prices. I will spearhead a thorough review of all existing contracts, renegotiating terms where necessary and seeking competitive bids to maximize value for our community.

 

With over three decades of experience in finance, business analysis, and investment management, I possess the expertise to tackle our community's financial challenges head-on.
